About the Event
This will be the first of a series of panels focused on Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Technology, Innovation and Social Impact aimed at bridging theory and practice and how they have an impact on business and society.
- For example, how might we evolve the Silicon Valley model of launching and scaling start-ups, innovation and platform ecosystems to promote economic and social sustainability?
- What are costs vs. benefits or risks vs. opportunities of these systems and approaches?
- To what extent can and how do we characterize the impact on environment, energy, socio-economics, health, education, government, infrastructure, and socio-cultural factors?
As such, participants will be immersed in a combination of dynamic presentations describing the latest research, thought patterns, initiatives and ventures from a mix of Academics, Business practitioners, Consultants and Doctoral students (DBAs, PhD and Executive PhD) followed by interactive Q&A.
